I mean it was a nice idea. But this was just premdiv tryhards, being tryhard.
Arms lab > shotguns > gates
Standard meta, no trolling. I can watch this shit any time a NSL match is streamed. What happened to the fun trolling games? :/
The idea is nice, the execution flawed.
I want catpack axe rushes with players throwing rifles away to run faster, I want 5 gorges building tunnels, whips and hydras in marine main.
Lower the skill levels next time, or make the trolling a requirement atleast.
As a team we played more troll games in official matches, than tryhards played in troll fun games :'D

They way I see it is if one team does something trollish, it needs to have some sort of contingency instead of 5 gorges flash gg.
First round was a cock up on Alien (team golden)
Second round on docking2 was a lot of fun and it was by no means tryhard.

If both teams do some retard tactic then it wouldn't matter, but you can't do that when everyone wants to win ffs -.-

I would have loved a real match with top EU vs top NA ns1 style with ppl from any division putting their name in to be selected, but not enough players now, add to that EU teams pussying to not be 1st div etc...

Well for some people it was not serious enough maybe, for others too serious. For the next time we can just split the event into two. One for the higher divisions, with serious games going. Another for the lower divs with more uncommon openers and fooling around.
By this hopefully everybody should be served.
Anyways, thanks to all the players to partake in this. Hefty and I had loads of fun and it seems the viewers as well.
