Deadline is 2 weeks. Then again you guys challenge more than one team at a time (three at the moment?), which is against the rules. So every new challenge means you are basically retracting the others.

actually, this was the only challenge at that time, after several weeks we then issued other challenges because we were tired of waiting

So were supposed to wait 2 weeks for a team who doesn't want to play and refuses to forfeit before we can issue a new challenge and be able to actually participate in the summer ladder? Seems like a really long time to wait just because one team doesn't want to lose lol

That's the ladder format for ya. Some changes should probably be made to remedy these kind of situations.

Read the rules.
1) Match should be scheduled after 7 days. Forfeit after that, if match can not be scheduled.
2) You can asked before hand if the other team has time.

Otherwise, yes you have to wait, if you don't ask before your challenge.

werent really looking for a forfeit, just wanted to play. I was under the impression we could not challenge other teams while one was accepted so when it dragged out several weeks it got a little frustrating. thats all

If you really want to fight us.... just contact Nights (via Steam). I am sure we will find a date even if we know we will lose...

RadicaL informed me, that they became inactive until further notice. The staff will reopen the thread, when they are back.

Until then they can't be challenged of course. Ignore their team in the "three-teams-above" countings.
